1. What film types do you process?

     C-41, Black & White, ECN-2, and E-6.

 

2. How long is the turnaround time?

     Usually 3–5 business days after arrival. ECN-2 and E-6 may take slightly longer.

 

3. Do you accept mail-in orders?

     Yes, nationwide mail-in welcome. Please complete the order form before shipping.

 

4. Will my negatives be returned?

     Yes, return shipping is available upon request.

 

5. How will I receive my scans?

     Scans are delivered digitally via email or download link.

 

6. Do you offer push/pull processing?

     Yes, push/pull options are available for selected film types.

 

7. Can I combine different film types in one order?

     Yes, please label each roll clearly.

 

8. What scan resolutions do you offer?

     We offer multiple scan sizes, including JPEG and TIFF options. Please see our Scan Size Guide for full details.

 

9. Do you develop disposable cameras?

     Yes.

10. Do you remove Remjet for ECN-2 film?

     Yes, ECN-2 film is professionally processed with remjet removal.

11. Can I send expired film?

    Yes, but results may vary depending on storage conditions and age.

12. What if my film is blank or damaged?

     Blank, damaged, or improperly exposed film may affect scan results.

13. Do you reuse chemistry?

     No, each roll is processed with fresh chemistry, never reused.

14. How will I know when my film arrives?

     You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been checked in.
