Refund Policy 

At Pillow Film Lab, we handle every roll of film with care and intention. 

 

If your film is damaged due to an error on our part during processing, we will take full responsibility. Once confirmed, we offer the following:

 

  • A full refund for the affected service

  • One roll of replacement film (or store credit of equal value)

  • Free development for one additional roll of film

 

Please note that we are not responsible for issues caused prior to processing, including but not limited to expired or improperly stored film, light leaks, camera malfunctions, loading errors, or user error.

 

Because film processing is irreversible, all services are non-refundable once processing has begun, except in cases of confirmed lab error as outlined above.

 

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the services provided and the compensation listed here. We cannot be responsible for the loss of unique or irreplaceable images beyond this policy.

 

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your scans or negatives so we can review the issue together.
