At Pillow Film Lab, we keep shipping straightforward and transparent.

 

Shipping is not included in our services.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including sending film to the lab and return shipping of negatives, prints, or other physical materials.

 

Return shipping fees are calculated separately and must be paid before an order is shipped.

Once a package leaves our lab, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Film is fragile and irreplaceable.

For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracked and, when possible, insured shipping service when sending film to us.
