1. Services

   We provide analog film development, scanning, printing, and related services. All services are performed with care, but film photography carries inherent risks.

2. Film Disclaimer & Risk

   Images are unique and irreplaceable. We are not responsible for issues caused prior to processing (expired film, light leaks, camera malfunctions, loading errors, or user error). Experimental or expired film is processed at the customer’s own risk.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

   Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled as outlined in our Refund Policy. Once processing begins, cancellations or refunds are only possible in cases of confirmed lab error.

4. Shipping

   Shipping is handled as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and we are not liable for carrier delays or loss.

5. Digital Files & Storage

   Digital scans are stored for a limited time after delivery. Please download and back up your files promptly.

6. Negatives & Physical Materials

   Negatives and other physical materials should be picked up or claimed in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee long-term storage.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided and the compensation listed in our policies. We are not responsible for emotional distress, lost profits, or other indirect damages.

8. Intellectual Property

   All website content is owned by Pillow Film Lab and may not be used without permission.

9. Policy Updates

   We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The most current version is always available on our website.
